What if you’re Addicted to the struggle to lose weight?

Yes, you read that right!

What if EVERY CELL of your body is conditioned and addicted to constantly struggling with your weight.

You’ll be excited to see the pounds releasing, your energy improving, your clothes fitting better.

Still, you’ll be creating a new lifestyle and that will feel different and a bit uncomfortable.

You’ll have thoughts like,

  • “This isn’t going to last.”
  • “I’m probably just going to gain it back.”
  • “I really don’t have time to workout.”
  • “I don’t like this way of eating.”

When those thoughts come up if you don’t have a system in place to deal with it, you’ll more than likely end up where you were when you started! SUCKS!!!

The first place to start releasing your addiction to the struggle to lose weight is to know you have it!

Know the signs of your emotional addiction and then have a proven system you can do that supports you to shift your emotional vibration from struggling to lose weight to knowing…

  • You matter!
  • It’s going to work out!
  • You can do this!
  • It’s easier than you think!

This may sound whoa-whoa and that’s because…IT IS!

The key is though is SHIFT YOUR EMOTIONAL VIBRATION on a Regular Basis! 

It is CRUCIAL that you do this!
