1 A: I Like it just fine. It tones up easily when I work at it.
B: It’s okay. I don’t complain too much and I’d like to tone up.
C: I don’t like it. I think about my weight everyday and rarely get results that last. Ugh!


Do you gain weight easily?

1 A: I can gain and lose weight without too much trouble.
B: I don’t gain weight or build muscle easily.
C: I gain weight easily and struggle to get it off.

How do you feel about the possibiltiy that you can have lasting results with
your fitness program?

1 A: I get results quickly so I know it’s possible.
B: When I stay consistent it can be possible.
C: I’ve never gotten lasting results so it’s hard to believe it’s possible.


Do you do better with accountability?

1 A: Not really. I’m mostly self-motivated.
B: Sometimes, I need it once in a while.
C: Yes, I need it often.


What workouts do you like to do?

1 A: Challenges like bootcamps or crossfit.
B: Light weights and high reps for endurance toning. Cardio is usually medium to high intensity.
C: I don’t like weights. I mostly walk.
