Two Exercises Women Should Never Skip!

There are 2 exercises that tone nearly every muscle in your body making firming up quick! 
Theses exercises can be done in under 10 minutes so no matter what your busy schedule, you can get these in! 
The two exercise you should do at least twice a week are squats and push-ups! 

WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT SQUATS: 

You may be surprised to know that squats actually work your ab muscles more than some crunch exercises. Yep, when you squat you work not only your legs but also your entire core muscles from your abs to your back and all the way to your shoulders!
This exercise is a must if you don’t have a lot of time and want to work a lot of muscles! 
If you have knee challenges, give inner thigh plie squats a try. Those will be easiest on your knees. Still, if you follow the guidelines I have in the video below, that should support you too.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT PUSH-UPS: 

Most women are weakest in their upper body and cringe at hearing the word, “push-ups”. If that’s you, you’re not alone and there is an easy way to do push-ups so you get the benefit without it being too challenging. (see the video below)
Push-ups are an amazing exercise that work your shoulders, tricep (back of your arm), chest and abdominal muscles!
